- Can I refund/transfer my ticket?
Tickets are non refundable and non transferable
- Why does my Billing show “Gurus of Dance”?
SplashoMania, Solskrit are all a part of Gurus of Dance which is the Billing name for Aditya Patel Company. . Hence do not be surprised that the billing would show up as “Gurus of Dance”
- Can I have my tickets picked up at the Venue (will call)?
No! Tickets cannot be picked up at will call. You will need to print the ticket before you come to the venue. Please present a valid photo id as tickets will be verified at the venue.
- Where can I park my car?
You can park your car close to the venue for $10/car. We also have free parking at 1/2 mile away from the venue. Make sure you car pool with your Family and Friends. We have over 1000 spots available for our customers.Customer is responsible for parking and does it at their own risk. SplashoMania will not be held liable for any damages or thefts.
- Will children be allowed to play with color?
Children under 3 will not be provided any color. Color will be handed only to the parent. Children should be monitored by their parents at all times.
- Change of Event Date?
Since the success of event is dependent on clear weather, the organizer reserves the right to move the event.
